Why do friends come and go?

I recently read an article about this very fortunate man who was given the opportunity to travel the world. It was a dream come true to him and also to those who desire to do so..

As months past, he was already hopping from one country to another.. The experience was priceless of course but he felt rather sad because everytime he was beginning to be well aquainted with the people he meets, he had to leave for another.

This made him realize that even if the country has got lots of attractions to offer, it is the people and most importantly the Friends u find who make it all worth while and special.
He mentioned that every friend is a whole new world by himself, and if you were to meet them, new wonders and experiences will unfold...

So now, let's relate back to my Topic, 'Why Do friends Come & Go'.
It has become a norm in our everyday lives to see them come and leave..
Either you're the one leaving or them..
Its a very sad thing to see your friend whom you have known for years to leave because he/she thinks has found the special someone in their lives.. but the question is, is it worth the sacrifice?

Personally, I've seen so many people leave.. and i myself have left a couple of times.. and to me, it is these people who make who i am today.

With that, i definitely appreciate it..

Throughout the years, my circle of friends has shrunk to the point where i can actually count them with my two hands.. let alone those who i can trust.. there's only a handful..
It might sound pathetic, but i personally find it better..

Time serves as a filter.. As it goes by, some are left behind and lost..
and it is the few that is left that you keep close.. as they are the ones who have stayed through the good and the bad times in your life..

So don't be too harsh on yourself or even them... if they were to leave.. but smile, as they have made a great impact in your life.. and these are the people you will think about in years to come.. and you will definitely smile to yourself thinking of the different type of friends you have made throughout the years.

Enough said..

Friends are undeniably the most important people in our lives as they affect the way we live, speak and even think..
To that, i would like to thank all of those i've known throughout the years and called friend..
